1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Seller provides the Customer with access to the purchased digital Materials in electronic format.
1.2. Materials are delivered digitally via a download link or direct access immediately after successful payment.

2. Payment and Access
2.1. Payment is made online through the payment systems available on the website.
2.2. Access to the Materials is granted automatically and instantly once the payment is confirmed.
2.3. Prices listed on the website are final and may be updated without prior notice.

3. Copyright and Personal Use
3.1. All Materials are the intellectual property of the Seller.
3.2. The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license to use the Materials.
3.3. It is prohibited to copy, share, resell, publish, distribute, or otherwise make the Materials available to third parties without prior written permission from the Seller.

4. No Refund Policy
4.1. The Materials are digital products that become accessible immediately after payment.
4.2. By confirming the purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the right to withdraw does not apply (in accordance with EU consumer regulations for digital content), as access is granted instantly.
4.3. All sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Seller is not responsible for technical issues on the Customer’s side, including internet connection, device compatibility, email provider filtering, or third-party service downtime.
